This sterling silver medal, manufactured in Mexico by our silversmith depicts Our Lady of Guadalupe appearing to St. Juan Diego. The upper left of the medal has her title, "Reina de Mex" which translates to "Queen of Mexico."

This medal measures appromimately 1.5 inch long by 3/4 inch wide (not including bail and tag).
