This unique sterling silver medal depicts Our Lady of Guadalupe appearing to St. Juan Diego. Our Lady of Guadalupe is on the right appearing clothed in the sun with an angel holding Her up, just like She appears on the tilma. On the left side of the medal is St. Juan Diego kneeling as he witnesses Her Miraculous Apparition. Above St. Juan Diego, an image of the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe appears.

This medal measures approximately 1 inch (27mm) long (not including bail and tag) by 7/8 inch (23mm) wide.
