This large sterling silver medal is made in Mexico for CatholicEmporium.  Solid sterling silver medal depicts Our Lady of Guadaulpe surrounded by the sun with angel holding her up. The Spanish inscription of N.S.D. Guadalupe De Mexico A. 1804 is along the outside border of the medal.

This medal measures approximately 1 1/8 inches (29 mm) long by 7/8 inch (22 mm) wide (not including bail and tag).
