This beautiful sterling silver medal depicts the image of St. Juan Diego holding open his tilma, displaying the image of Our Lady of Guadalupe. The tilma still hangs today at the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Mexico City.

This medal measures approximately 7/8 inch (22 mm) long (not including bail and tag) by 5/8 inch (16 mm) wide.
