This sterling silver medal features the image of Our Lady of Perpetual Help as She appears on the icon. She is shown holding the Christ Child in Her arms as He looks at Archangels holding the instruments of His future Passion.
The outside edge of the front of the medal reads, "O.L. of Perpetual Help." The back of the medal reads, "Ruega por Nosotros" which is Spanish for "Pray for Us."
